CHARGE(S): Felonious Assault, Kidnapping and Gross Sexual Imposition

POTENTIAL PENALTY: 23 years in prison

VENUE: Hamilton County, Cincinnati, Ohio

ALLEGATION: 40-year-old man ambushed and tied a 14-year-old girl to the railroad tracks, sexually assaulted her, cut her several times with a razor, then left her tied to the railroad tracks.

DISPOSITION: Trial by jury.

RESULT: Mistrial/Hung Jury. 10 of 12 jurors voted to acquit Mr. White. Mr. Bennett also represented Mr. White during his re-trial.
