ALLEGATION: Man assaulted 3 bar patrons with a gun and accompanied a man who shot and killed the bar owner.

DISPOSITION: Trial by jury

RESULT: Not guilty of 2 of the 3 counts of felonious assault. Mr. Walker faced a maximum penalty of 8 years in prison on the one felonious assault charge he was convicted of. He received a 2 year sentence and was given 150 days jail time credit.
