ALLEGATION: Defendant acting with others transported guns from Cincinnati to New York for illegal sale in New York City as part of a gun selling ring that sold firearms and ammunition in upper Manhattan and the Bronx. The conspiracy also involved trafficking in cocaine and ectasy.

DISPOSITION: Mr. Bennett sought post arrest, pre-trial dismissal because of mistaken identity.

RESULT: All charges dismissed
