CHARGE(S): Two counts of Vehicular Homicide, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2903.06(A)(3), Two counts Vehicular Manslaughter in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2903.06(A)(4).

ALLEGATION: High profile criminal case in which driver of motor vehicle was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs resulting crossing his vehicle into the path of an oncoming motorcycle. The motorcycle was ridden by a Cincinnati fireman. The Cincinnati fireman was killed.

VENUE: Hamilton County Municipal Court, Cincinnati, Ohio

DISPOSITION: Mr. Bennett argued that his client was not under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. The death of the Cincinnati fireman was simply the result of an accident.
