CHARGE(S): Illegal voting in violation of Ohio Revised Code 3599.12(A)(2), a fourth degree felony

POTENTIAL PUNISHMENT: 18 months in the Ohio Department of Corrections

VENUE: Hamilton County, Cincinnati, Ohio

ALLEGATIONS: Hamilton County Prosecutors' Office in conjunction with the Hamilton County Board of Elections investigated client for voter fraud, a felony punishable by prison, for voting twice in the same election.

DISPOSITION: Mr. Bennett intervened by meeting with the Board of Elections and arguing that there was no merit to the charge.

RESULT: The investigation was closed without prosecution/charges.
