DISPOSITION: Mr. Bennett filed a Motion to Withdraw Plea on the grounds that his client's guilty plea under the counsel of another attorney to attempted to failure to register was not voluntarily, intelligently or knowingly made because his client pled guilty to attempted failure to register when he absolutely had no legal duty to register as a sex offender.

RESULT: Motion to Withdraw Guilty Plea granted. Conviction set aside and charge dismissed.
