CHARGE(S): Resisting Arrest, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2921.33(a), obstructing official business, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2921.31, a second degree misdemeanor.

POTENTIAL PUNISHMENT: 270 days in jail

VENUE: Hamilton County Municipal Court, Cincinnati, Ohio

ALLEGATION: Motorist asserted his constitutional rights by refusing to comply with uniformed police officer's command to exit motor vehicle after traffic stop. For the same reasons motorist refused to be arrested after police officer opened the door and attempted to arrest him.

DISPOSITION: Trial to Court

RESULT: Not Guilty all charges
