ALLEGATION: The State of Ohio claimed that the Defendant and three co-conspirators attempted to rob victim at victim's home and shot victim to death when victim fought back. Mr. Bennett claimed that his client was not involved in the robery and/or murder. The Defendant was simply an innocent bystander.
