POTENTIAL PUNISHMENT: Life in Prison.
VENUE: Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas, Cincinnati, Ohio
ALLEGATIONS: The State of Ohio claimed that the Defendant and three co-conspirators attempted to rob victim at victim's home and shot victim to death when victim fought back. Mr. Bennett argued that his client was not involved in the robbery and/or murder. The Defendant was simply an innocent bystander.
DISPOSITION: Negotiation with Prosecutor
RESULT: All charges dismissed
