VENUE: Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas, Cincinnati, Ohio
DISPOSITION: Trial to court. After cross-examination of victim and witnesses, the State of Ohio dismissed all charges. The court dismissed all charges with prejudice.
RESULT: Not guilty, all charges dismissed with prejudice.
