ALLEGATION: Colerain Police Department investigated a middle-aged black male for the forcible rape of a teenage white female. Client contacted and engaged Mr. Bennett before responding to police.
DISPOSITION: Mr. Bennett met with the detective handling the case and persuaded the Detective not to pursue any criminal charges against client.
RESULT: Investigation closed without charges
