ALLEGATION: High profile case of state-wide and nationwide interest. Mr. Bennett's client was charged with a drive-by shooting in which a female employee of the famed "Nick Lachey Bar" in the Over Rhine was shot point blank in the face for no reason.
RESULT: Mr. Bennett's client plead guilty to one count of felonious assault with a three year specification and having weapons under disability. He was ordered to serve 8 years in the Ohio Department of Corrections with credit jail time served.
