VENUE: Green County Court of Common Pleas, Xenia, Ohio
DISPOSITION: Charges stemmed from an alleged sale of cocaine to confidential informant to Mr. Bennett's client. Prior to trial Mr. Bennett filed and argued to the court a Motion to Require the government to divulge consideration or promises to prosecution witness(es) in exchange for aid and/or testimony and a Motion to Disclose the information regarding cooperating witnesses/informants with supporting memorandum.
RESULT: After the hearing all charges were dismissed.
