VENUE: Butler County, Hamilton, Ohio
ALLEGATION: Defendant, a convicted felon prohibited from carrying a weapon, instigated a fist fight then intentionally killed one bar patron and seriously injured another by firing a single gun shot in a crowded bar.
DISPOSITION: Trial by jury
RESULT: Not guilty of murder (self-defense). Mr. Jackson was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter and the remaining charges.
