CHARGE(S): Involuntary Manslaughter, Felonious Assault

POTENTIAL PUNISHMENT: 28 years in prison

VENUE: Hamilton County, Cincinnati, Ohio

ALLEGATION: A 34-year-old man punched a 19-year-old young man in the face resulting in the victim falling to the pavement and striking his head. Victim died two days later at the hospital. Defendant fled the jurisdiction and was a fugitive for a year until he was captured.

DISPOSITION: Convicted by plea of no contest.

RESULT: Not guilty of felonious assault. Guilty of involuntary manslaughter. Mr. Graham was sentenced to the minimum of 3 years in prison.
