ALLEGATION: An employee of Dunbar Armored Inc. masterminded an inside job of heisting his armored truck in Bracken County, Kentucky of more than $100,000.00. Both accomplices testified against the defendant at trial stating that the defendant planned the robbery.
DISPOSITION: Trial by jury
RESULT: Mr. Bennet's client, the Dunbar employee, was found not guilty of all charges. However, both co-conspirators were convicted of conspiracy to robbery and sentenced to prison.
